The CPISI ADV, CPISI Advanced – Payment Industry Security Implementer certificate is awarded to those who prove to have deep forensics knowledge and can effortlessly comply with the evolving payment security standards including PCI DSS, P2PE, PCI PIN, and PCI Software Security Framework upon attempting the exam.
Eligibility Criteria:
Those who wish to apply and take the CPISI ADV exam must fulfil the below eligibility criteria:
- Option 1: Applicant must possess min 1 year of full-time experience in the below key areas that can be verified:
- Information systems security, Application security
- Network security
- IT security auditing
- Information security risk assessment or risk management
or
- Option 2: Applicant must have attended the 16-hour CPISI ADV workshop
or - Option 3: Applicant must have attended an equivalent formal training of minimum 16 hours which covers topics as listed in the exam blueprint
or - Option 4: Applicant must hold an active CPISI certificate

- Total no of questions: 50
- Passing Criteria: 62%
