About the webinar

Cyber incidents are an increasingly significant cost burden for the financial services industry. According to Data Breach Investigations Report 2021, phishing and ransomware attacks in the financial services sector have increased by 10-12%, which is 15 times higher than last year.

To establish a robust governance structure for all payment intermediaries and ensure mandatory security controls are followed by digital payment channels, RBI has released a detailed guideline for Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways under Section 18 and Section 10(2) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

To help PAs & PGs understand the applicability of the guidelines and gain complete insight into the importance of compliance & the consequences of non-compliance, SISA as a global payment forensic investigator, has hosted a webinar on RBI master guidelines for PAs & PGs.
